In addition

bermuda is a place of production, research and diffusion in contemporary arts, located in the town of Sergy, in the Ain. It was founded by Max Bondu, Mathilde Chénin, Julien Griffit, Bénédicte Le Pimpec and Guillaume Robert.
In addition to providing its members with spaces and professional tools for creation, the association bermuda develops an artistic project based on residencies, companionships and workshops. Each of the proposals is thus thought in an endogenous way starting from the stakes which are those of the place and the team at the time when they are formulated.
Composed of individual and shared work spaces, under a 1300 m2 roof, the building that houses these activities was designed by the ACTM studio (Thomas Mouillon and Adrien Cuny) and self-built between 2018 and 2021 by the bermuda team. In 2021, bermuda won the Équerre d'argent award in the category of First Architectural Work.
