Une Folie 2020
The artwork was produced as part of a commission from the open-air contemporary art center "Vent des Fôrets", with the help of Tera Sarl, Dominique Rennesson and Harald, TSM Laquage, volunteers from the Vent des Fôrets Forests and with the support of the European Union within the framework of the LEADER program (FEADER).
“This architectural reverie, which does not function as a habitat but rather as poetry, offers transparency to the gaze and a multiplicity of points of view. Constructivist-inspired, open, the structure on stilts becomes more complex with colored, lacquered sections, disturbing the notions of interior and exterior, walls, roof. This evocation of the “house” or the “hut” frees itself from obligations; the space, however circumscribed, frees itself from the constraints of a function. It offers walkers looking for a break a utopia that arouses reverie and revives childhood memories. »
