Yoan Mudry graduated with a Master's degree in Visual Arts from the Haute école d'art et de design (HEAD), Geneva, in 2014. His artistic work has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions in various art spaces, galleries and museums in Europe: Pasquart (Biel), Kunsthalle Basel and Bern, MCBA (Lausanne), Union Pacific (London), La Rada (Locarno), Ribordhy Thetaz (Geneva), Nicolas Krupp gallery (Basel), Super Dakota (Brussels), Sonnenstube (Lugano), etc.
In 2016, he won the Kiefer Hablitzel prize and, in 2019, his work was published for the first time in Pro Helvetia's Cahiers d'Artistes collection. Between 2020 and 2021, he will be a resident at the Swiss Institute in Rome.
Alongside his artistic practice, he is also a curator. From 2013 to 2017, he co-managed - jointly with curator Roxane Bovet and artist Laure Marville - the Zabriskie Point art space in Geneva, as well as the Forde space, from 2018 to 2020, again alongside Roxane Bovet.
