Dominique Cerf

My sculptures use always more vegetable materials, earths.....
they are in a certain way nourished by their environment, they interpret it.
The openings, fragmentations, and superpositions of spaces they "embody", are directly related to the space they take root in.
Beginning with a photographic work, I virtually inserted my sculptures in space, I took a riad, this riad, a street, this derba and I created another deambulation in Marrakech. With this photograph, this construction, I gave something to look at, without however physically placing my sculpture.
