"In 1987, Rajak Ohanian discovers, impressed, the city of Chicago: "I started to photograph the skyscrapers, their verticality which bites your eyes". But quickly, the artist decides to reverse the point of view of the conventional photographs from a low angle. For two years, from the mythical Sullivan Center - a world symbol of architectural modernity - he tuned his camera to the urban rhythm, at varying heights of the different floors of the building, evacuating any anecdotal reference."
