On Thursday, March 6, at 6pm, galerie art & essai invites Anaïs Touchot to present L'Académie de la croûte, a talk-show based on testimonials from artists and art professionals (video, 45 min). The screening will take place at Le Tambour (bât. O, Villejean campus), followed by a discussion with Baptiste Brun, Anne Dary, Hilary Galbreaith and Isabelle Henrion. The evening will also see the launch of a catalog Croûte à succès (graphic design: Camille Depalle) published by the gallery, and will be followed by a crunchy buffet!
